Name: Bianca Felix
Bianca Félix, 36, had an entrepreneurial soul from an early age. At the age of 13 she already worked with sales, until she started to produce candies to sell at the school where she studied. Born and raised in Santa Marta, Bianca also took the opportunity to sell her sweets within the community.
As time went by, the entrepreneur improved her techniques and created new flavors of sweets. As a result, her client list grew, both inside and outside Santa Marta. Currently, the confectioner serves 20 to 25 clients, depending on the month.
Bianca alternates her work as a confectioner with that of a school transportation monitor, because she saw in the business a way to have flexibility in her schedule and make an extra income. Her wish is to consolidate the brand “Bianca Félix Docinhos” and live only from confectionery.
The entrepreneur joined Project Hub to gain knowledge in business management, marketing, and cash flow, as she saw that she needed to structure her venture.
