Rafael Damasceno, 34 years old, has the entrepreneurial DNA in his veins. He started early in his entrepreneurial life helping in his father’s business and his mother works selling cakes and sweets.
With the encouragement of his good friend Felipe, who is an experienced barber, he decided to take a course, also as a barber, to specialise in the area. As soon as he finished the course, they became partners and opened @familiabarber.ofc on the slope of the Santa Marta community. Rafael alternates his work at the barbershop with working as a janitor in a building, as he saw this business as a way to combine flexibility of schedule and make an extra income. His dream is to grow professionally: master the techniques of cutting, offer other services, make the barber shop grow and be recognized within and outside the community.

The entrepreneur joined the Project Hub to acquire knowledge in business management to apply in his barber shop and saw the project as an opportunity to consolidate his enterprise.
