Juliana Micaela, 31 years old, graduated in business administration from UNIGRANRIO University and after a long period working for the Brazilian Army decided to become an entrepreneur.
She revived the initiative of selling salads in cups that guaranteed her an extra income at the time she was in the army, After a field research, she decided to invest in the idea.
Project Hub gave her the incentive to launch @jmsaladdelivery besides organizing and structuring her business model. With the support of her mentor Marcele, she created the brand strategy and mission: stimulating people to introduce healthy eating in their lives.
Over these six months of work, the entrepreneur saw her turnover grow 300% and her greatest desire is to see her company recognized as the best cup salad in Botafogo and surroundings.
