Name: Rosiane Santos Firmino
Rosiane Santos, 40, better known as Tia Rose, started working at a very young age, because she had to help out with the household budget after her parents’ separation. Rose worked in several areas, until she found in entrepreneurship an opportunity to conciliate professional life with motherhood.
21 years ago, the entrepreneur set up a snack bar in Praia Vermelha, the @lanchestiarose. However, with the advent of the pandemic, which deeply impacted small entrepreneurs, she postponed some expansion plans for her business.
Rose used this time to create new recipes, new sandwiches, and invest in knowledge. The entrepreneur got to know Project Hub through her daughter Amanda, who enrolled both of them to participate in the course. Rose saw in Project Hub the possibility of improving her knowledge and learning to manage her business in a more assertive way.
Currently @lanchestiarose has a new face. Recently, Rose managed to change the modest shack for a large trailer, where she has more comfort to serve her clientele.
